Dear guests, to ensure a flawless and safe maritime experience, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following rules:

• 👟 Footwear Policy: To protect the teak wood decks on our yachts and maintain hygiene, shoes must be removed upon boarding and placed in designated baskets. You may remain barefoot or wear clean, soft-soled boat shoes during the cruise.

• 🚽 Marine Toilet Usage (Important): Due to the highly sensitive nature of marine plumbing systems, strictly do not throw toilet paper, wet wipes, or any sanitary products into the toilets. Please use the bins provided in the bathrooms.

• 👨‍✈️ Captain’s Authority: The captain is the highest authority on board. In the event of adverse weather, strong winds, or any situation threatening guest safety, the captain reserves the right to alter the route or terminate the tour early.

• 🛑 Cruising Safety: While the yacht is in motion, please avoid sudden movements that may disrupt balance and do not sit on the railings. Never jump into the water before the engines have completely stopped and the captain has announced that it is safe to swim.

• 👶 Children’s Safety: The safety and supervision of children under 12 years of age are entirely the responsibility of their parents throughout the tour. Child life jackets are available upon request from our crew.

• 🌊 Environmental Awareness: Protecting our pristine bays is our primary duty. Please secure light items such as hats, napkins, or plastic cups on windy days, and strictly refrain from throwing any foreign objects into the sea.

• 🍷 Responsible Consumption & Health: For your own safety, we kindly request that alcohol consumption is kept at a responsible level. If you have a chronic medical condition or suffer from seasickness, please inform our crew prior to departure and ensure you have your personal medications with you.

• 🚭 Smoking Policy: For fire safety reasons, smoking is only permitted in the designated open areas specified by the captain. Smoking inside the cabins and closed areas is strictly prohibited.
